hey guys this is starting to get really annoying. a few weeks back i could recall everything in my dreams, but now I wake up, i stay in the same position keeping my eyes closed and i can't remember anything AT ALL for like 2 minutes i just lay there. |

Yeah, I think he's telling you not to sleep for one night. When you do go to sleep after depriving yourself you'll have more REM than usual, increasing your dreaming time which would make you more likely to remember something. Alternatively you could just go back to sleep after you wake in the morning or take a nap during the day. |
