I also find myself go through periods of being too lazy to write anything down, even when i remember a dream quite well i will tell myself i need to lye perfectly still to remember everything and before i know it im asleep. |

Hi Mancon, I have some tips which will help you. First keep your note, pen and flashlite within reach. Then motivate yourself to write down each dream, or just keywords. Keywords are just as effective as story's. I motivate myself with a challenge. It's maybe à little strange but it works very good. When I don't write down any dream I don't let myself watch my favorite tv program the next day. When I write down 1 dream I give myself a reward, with two dreams a bigger reward and so on. Untill 6 dreams. You have to write down your dreams each time you wake up in the night. Make your rewards personal, just what means a lot to you. |

sometimes you just have to force it. If it's important enough to you. |
