Hey guys, I've finally decided to try DILDing, or at least add it to my routine, since it couldn't hurt to try both WILD and DILD. I've nailed down my most consistent dreamsign, one is seeing my friends (Something that happens in ALOT of my dreams) |

"I feel my heart glow
with enthusiasm which elevates me to heaven; for nothing contributes so much to tranquillise the mind as a steady purpose--a point
on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye." -
Victor Frankenstein
Yeah, that is a tough one. Most of my dream signs are DCs which only exist in dreams, not anyone I know IRL. |

Working on: Daily awareness.
Lucid Task: Reverse the flow of a waterfall and ride up it.
you could try getting pictures of your dreamsigns that don't often appear in your waking life, then scroll through them while associating each with lucidity. this has worked in the past for me when friends who now live far away kept popping up in my dreams. |

You could try autosuggesting it before you go to sleep. Just say, "the next time I see so-and-so, I will do a reality check." Autosuggestion can be really effective if you do it properly. |

Do you know the terror of he who falls asleep? To the very toes he is terrified, Because the ground gives the way under him, And the dream begins... - Friedrich Nietzsche
Autosuggestion really does wonders. The thing to remember with it is that it works best if you do it every night, and stick with it for as long as it takes. Autosuggestion is pretty much all I did when I first started. |
