      LD recall trick

I want to share the trick I use, it's very simple.

Devise a short and easily accessible activity to do every time you become lucid. It should be very unusual for best results. A good example of an unusual activity is stomping the floor\ground once. In this way lucid dreams can be recalled easier: you wake up and focus on your "LD-sign", waiting for the rest of LD-memories to spring to life.

The whole thing is memory deceit, it works as if you already remembered a part of your LD and brings back other parts associated with it (if there was a LD that night, of course, and if you didn't forget to stomp the floor in it!).

I can attest that the trick works exceptionally well, letting you remember LDs even if memories of other dreams between the LD and the awakening are completely lost. The hard part is to not behave like lazybones and do the chosen activity every time to create a working LD-sign.

Nice, I like it. I'll definitely be doing that once I become lucid! Thanks for the tip

Oh, good idea. Reminds me of the idea to make a list of things to read so you remember a part of the dream, and go from there, you just took it a step further.

I read this once and found it wierd but now I get it, it isn't to remember more parts of your dream, it's to remember dreams you don't remember at all... I like it

Hey, sorry but I have a totally random question for Mario... or anyone else who could answer. In your sig you got "basic TOTM's" and "advanced TOTM's". What the heck is a TOTM? lol.

      Task of the month

      it's a monthly challenge

      Basic is basic
      Advanced is advanced

It's a challenge to do stuff in your lucid dream, get married somewhere, go to the sun and see if you have a shadow, that's for this month

      check out the TOTM section
