The only thing I can think of is being aware of your surroundings as much as you can. |

I am very near-sighted and thus wear contacts to correct it. I wear contacts all day every day and take them out only when I go to sleep at night. I was wondering if this could be incorporated as a dream sign. In my dreams, I always see clearly as if I had my contacts in. Could I, in some way, learn to recognize seeing clearly after taking my contacts out for the night as a dream sign? If so, how would I train myself to recognize this? |

Lolwut.
You could try MILD. After you take your contacts out, relax for a while. Then as you are falling alseep, tell yourself "The next time I see, I will be dreaming". Although, it might work better if you create your own mantra. |

Every time you see an object with your contacts that you wouldn't normally be able to see, a) check that your contacts are in or b) do a reality check. Then in your dream, when you glance at something far away (unless I have near- and far-sighted mixed up) you'll reality check (hopefully) and gain lucidity. |
