      Why cant I remember my dreams?!?

      This I mean really i have been practicing lucid dreaming for about a year now and still cant even remember 1 dream a night!This is really frustrating like a day on today when i sleep for a long time (14 hours) and don't remember any dreams!Can someone please help me or give me tips on how to improve my dream recall?

      Hm I wonder, do you write all of your dreams in your DJ? Also, did you try eating stuff with B6 or anything? Or do you have good memory in waking?

      Hmm, I got into a long recall dry spell a while ago just like this. What helped me a ton was writing down the smallest fragments. After this, I started recalling 3-4 dreams a night.

      Another suggestion would be just to lay still and think about your dreams after waking up.

      I have this, all you can do is wake yourself up a night with alarms to try and catch yourself inbetween dreams.
