      Easy way to improve recall

Hey. I just started to get back onto this site I used to be on here frequently but I slowly became inactive due to failure to recall my dreams. But recently I have found it extremely useful to just read books. I recall about 2-3 dreams every night and I dont even have to write them down. I used to have a terrible recall but I think books stimulated it. Its very odd yes but I could only recall my dreams after I got about halfway into my 2nd book heh. Give it a try and tell me how it goes

Yeah it's amazing I recall like 3 dreams a night and don't forget them and I used to have trouble sleeping and now I fall asleep fast.

i have always read books since i was a kid and they don't help me. i have to use alarms and a dream journal but i'm glad to hear it works for you!

it's a good idea. i think stimulus of the mind's imagination or just the mind helps. each person is different so different techniques have to be tried to best suit you. personally i don't think reading would work for me, but i may give it a shot.

I have just started reading an old book my step-mom gave me and that was when I started t recall some of my dreams. I still can't find any significant symbols but I'm going to keep looking.
