How do you improve your memory in your dreams? I have goals before sleeping to do in a lucid but i keep forgetting. |

Yeah, stabilize or try summoning a list of your goals. Or... WILD? |

I've tried to burn into my mind a small list of goals I want to accomplish in my lucid dreams. Helped me once so far. |

Having some goals to reach in lucid dreams really helps. It seems to help inducing lucid dreaming aswell. One time when I still believed in spirit guides, I wanted to meet mine. Before I went to bed, I tried to focus myself on my intention and feel it with all my heart. That night I had a dream where I was in my room. I was thinking that it could be a dream for some reason. But when I looked at my hands as I usually did to perform a reality check, I didn't notice anything strange. Everything was so realistic. Too realistic to be a dream, I believed. But then my hands started to turn blue and that was my sign. I knew it was a dream. And immediately I remembered my intention of meeting my spirit guide. But I was an inexperienced lucid dreamer, so I woke up very quickly, even before being able to meet my spirit guide. But still, it shows how easy it is to remember your goals in a lucid dream. |
