Creative title, I know! haha. I'm excited to get more into dream yoga. Lucid dreaming has been a big part of my life and I've just recently started discovering more about it online. I read LaBerge's book, and recently (almost) finished Tenzin Wangyal's book.

I tried meditating in my dreams for the first time the other day but am not otherwise as familiar with meditation practices. Just starting to learn. I have no idea if I'm doing it right.

I've also had a lot of 'sleep paralysis' and am still thrown off by all the information in the LD communities about it not being real of being mistaken for something else. I can't wrap my head around my lifelong experiences being wrong, but must keep an open mind. I'd rather be wrong and learn the truth, then be insistent about something false.

Anyway, I have a lot to learn and am looking forward to it! Thank you for putting up all of these wonderful resources.
