this is my dream workbook i will post entries ffrom my dream journal here as well as dream signs, reality checks that i have done during the day, and any lucid dreams that I get.

Brandon wants me to go to the movies with him. We go to see this really stupid movie, we see marky there and sit with her. We r talking and fooling around. This one metal guy comes and starts talking to brandon. I am fooling around with marky and like pretending to hold her hand and stuff, she then says maybe we shud go in bed naked jokingly. We then start to txt eachother on ths wierd keyboard thing

I was in target with brandon looking for stuff to buy. His mom sed we cud buy something. I went to the video game section thinking whatto buy, i was choosing between an avatar game and something else. I chose avatar and took a while choosng which version, but eventually i chose. I didnt take it yet tho. For some reason i had my shirt off. I gave mrs herZog my shirt to hold but then i asked for it back. Brandon wanted my shirt cuz he needed to go into the kids section and he sed he cudnt go in there without a shirt. I didnt give it to him. Then i decided i wud get a bag of starbursts. I just started pacing around looking at the security cameras playing in my mind how easy it wud be to steal something. Then brandons mom came with a bag of chocolate pretzels and asked if we wanted it, brandon got all happy and took the bag and we left.

I was at a meeting room and i forgoy what we were doing but alex giesler said "learning something just lays the foundation, its experience tht defines you" i got really excited and got up and was like true that. I then left becuz i wanted some fresh air. I stood up atbsomething tall and looked at the world around me. I then was on my way back, i was crossing a street and so was a girl, a truck was coming right at her and i yelled at her to wAtch out, she saw it in time, all of a suddden a bunch of cars came at us and i pulled her to safety and she said "omg u saved my life"

I was in my masters dogo, it was another one of my reccurring joing martial arts again dreams. He was teaching a student a wide kick, he told me i shud be able to do it easily. I tried and cudnt and i kept telling him i wasnt flexible enuf anymore. I then played around with a staff. I dont remember what happened after that

I was on a bunk bed with thomas my sister and michael, i think thomas was playing a gameboy (thomas is my 10 year old cuzin) and michael started biting me rlly hard and i felt pain and i told him to stop amillion times but he wudnt so i threw him off my bed.. I was scared i killed him becuz he didnt move, later on aunt mary came and asked where michael was and i said i didnt know, she found him and was like oh hes just sleeping, he woke up and i was relieved i didnt kill him, later on i went into my sisters room and there was a bunch of girls in it and they were dancing to music, then i left

The above were all dreams I have had since the 26th. I havent had any lucid dreams, i have tried Reality checking a couple times a day. I think I should do it more. My reality checks consist of me stopping...llooking at the world around me..looking for any strange things...then asking how I got here and why I am here..and then performing different RC's such as looking at something twice.

Epic, awesome, and sad dream. I go to this one familys hOuse to spend a week. They want me to meet the daughter so i go upstairs to meet her. We can naturally talk tobeachotber, she is rlly nice and is holding my hand by the end of the convo. We get along rlly well. Wht seem like days go by. I remember lying next to her with my head on her lap talking. We had these little jokes bout my dick sometimes, just humor. i rlly liked her but i spent all my time with her and none of her family. She sed her family thot i shud be nicer, i sed how Am i not nice and she sed idk, i guess cuz u dont erlly talk to them, but i sed she sed she didnt cae. We went downstairz to the bathroom and she started straightening her hair. She accidently ran into her dad and he replied.. Ill fuck u! But not too hard, which showed how laid bak he was. He didnt mean it, he was just trying to joke around. I went upstairs to changeninto dinner clothes. I was thinking tht i wud wake up early every day to see her. I dressed in skinny jeans, a blue shirt and a black sweat shirt, apparently we were going to mcdonalds, i got there firt, i looked in the mirror and decided to take off my jacket, my dream ended before i cud see the amazing girl again. Later that night I go back to the same dream. I was going to the girls roomto see if she was there but she wasnt, the police came in and took the bong and threw it away and asked if i smoked and i sed no i dont even live hefe, ge left. I then went to find the girl , i hoped to god it was her brothers, i saw her walking to her room, "hey" i said "hey" she said "um look.. There was a police in ur room, he saw ur bong and then threw it away and left..." She freaked out and ran to her room. She told me tht she smoked weed alot. We sat on her bed depressed. i sed maybe they wont Arrest u becuz maybe their gunna let it go becuz they threw away the evidence, but then again a drug test is all the evidence they need. We were about to kiss then her dad came in. "looks like sir ur gunna hav some free time, its over for her." He took his daughter and lead her away "the police need to see her, the next time u txt her make sure u start it out with, hey criminal, whats up." We went to the family room where the police was waiting. I knew she was gunna go to jail most likely. I waas so depressed, one of my best drreams ever ended badly Later tht morning again i went back to the dream. the girl is bailed out of jail but her dad says she must stay in my room until her trial. Igo to visit her in my room And i cant find her, i see she took off my screen window and left. I am sad cuz i may never see her again. I choose not to tell the others becuz i dont want them looking for her. I am scared tht they will think ibhelped her escape if they find out. I am thinking about putting a sign tht says please come bak i can help u through ur trial. Then my dream enda

also for anyone reading my dreams, sorry if I have really bad grammar and spelling, I type my dreams on my ipod in the middle of the night right after I have them so I'm kinda half asleep lol

The one with the girl who got arrested was really sad. Btw, you mentioned that you have a lot of dreams about martial arts--definitely a dreamsign. Also, it sounds like you often dream about people you know IRL (from what I'm seen so far anyway). This is great because you can RC when you see them or meet them.

last night I attempted to MILD. when i first went to bed I tried at first visualization MILD, but it seemed to much like daydreaming which i always do so i decided mantra MILD. i repeated I will remember im dreaming over and over until i fell asleep. I woke up at 2:00 with no LD's..so as i fell asleep again i did the same thing..i then woke up at 4:00 with no LD's and fell asleep doing the same thing..i just now woke up and have had 4 dreams i remember which i will post later but i had no LD's. Naiya, if your reading this, am i doing anything wrong or does it just take practice.

Like I said, you're not really doing anything wrong here--MILD can take a while to give results. Some people are lucky and get lucid from their first attempts, but sometimes you have to be patient with it. In any case, in the future try to stick with either the visualization or mantra--or both together. With MILD you want to be doing the same routine every night if possible.

so lately ive been doing mantra MILD before bed, but all it does is make the topic of dreams come up in my dreams, no lds

no lucid dreams last night, although i had some intense vivid dreams, dreams will be posted soon iphone is acting up again

Vivid dreams are a good sign, anyway.

WOOOOT I HAD A LUCID DREAM LAST NIGHT! I believe it was due to MILD because I randomly in the middle of the dream said I'm dreaming for no reason at all and then I became lucid.

I think I did not see your MILD workbook. Are you using this one too? If not, do you mind to create a new one for MILD? That way it will a lot easier for me to track you down

got another lucid last night due to MILD. MY mantra is "I am dreaming" I randomly told myself that While i was dreaming and I became lucid. I tried to stop for a second and concentrate on the realness of the room but it was too dark so i went outside where it became light. Then i turned around and opened my door imagining me appearing in my friends room but i just went back into my house. Then i started flying and everything was so vivid, i decided i would fly to my friends house but i woke up .
