Pick several RCs to do: I habitually do the finger-through palm RC, although I have never done this in a dream. I also usually pinch my nose. Pick 1-3 RC triggers: When I hear a phone ring When I'm walking on a street outside When I'm with one of several of my friends who are recurrent in my dreams Try to find some dream signs: None of what I would consider my dream signs are very dreamlike. I'm often walking through a neighborhood that resembles my own, or with one of 3 or 4 main friends. These things happen so often IRL that I never think to question them. Hopefully, this course will help me change these habits.
