Thread: INTRO/DC-1 Ooflendoodle

Hey everybody obviously I'm Ooflendoodle since joining I've had 5 Lucids although due to my shaky recall can only remember big parts of two #1 and #5 (in which I did the basic task ). So without further ado here is my workbook.

I don't remember much of my dreams lately my last one was from Monday, the only thing I have remembered is that in last nights dream (today is Wednesday) I remember that this kid named Billy who actually left had come back and I was kind of disapointed because I had to worry about him for another year (He was home schooled for a while so he has social issues when he got to my school last year nobody ended up liking him, which meant I was pretty much his only friend even though he was pretty hard to be friends with). I guess I should mention Monday was my first day back to school.

After going through my dream journal I realized that about a third was day residue, schemas tended to make it mostly make sense though there was a fair amount of faulty logic as for false memories I only remember a tiny bit.

Man I'm having a horrible dry spell right now!

Do you remember any emotions upon waking? Or colours? Anything helps, trust me!

Sorry for not keeping up my schedule has been very hectic but the dry spell is gone.

I had a crapload of day residue pretty much the whole entire dream I remember there was some other stuff that I remembered was day residue but then I forgot. It was pretty much me playing this game that I play before bed to relax me I had played it earlier in the day during school too, it's called Hello Worlds! if you want to try it. http://www.kongregate.com/games/rich...r/hello-worlds

Saturday Morning
I was at this family event it was a funeral at one point a wedding then some kind of weird spiritual ceremony, I was also lucid then lost it then got it back in the dream.
There were a ton of these weird trading cards as party favors apparently I was the only one who wanted them so I got a ton then went to the reunion ceremony (also a family reunion) where both my grand mothers who are dead were making some kind of speech on wisdom I listened for a while then thought about lucid dreaming so I went into a different room to try it out. I focused on one of those moving sprinklers then the water got all weird (because apparently this would hypnotize me into falling asleep) well I "fell asleep" then became lucid on the roof of the family reunion building and did something important to me on this roof, I think I had kind of a low level of lucidity because later in the dream it seemed kind of stupid. So anyways I FA'd into the reunion building then chained back in to the dream (I didn't actually wake up and chain back in) about the same place I was when I was lucid, the funny thing is I got lucid again when I had the urge to complete this task I had earlier. Anyways I had missed a wedding but I saw one of my sister's friends who's on broadway doing some kind of ritual where he held a clay jar filled with water and someone put rice in it to symbolize something (I saw this from the roof and the building which closely resembles my town's center which was in the mountains, it was breathtaking) then walked over to a ladder and went back in I thought about doing the advanced task so I wanted to get to street level to get a unicorn but I was too scared to just jump out the window and it looked pretty securely shut. While studying the door I noticed a text warning sign so I looked away and it changed (which I find pretty cool) I started walking down a hallway with some steps every few yards I almost lost lucidity but reminded myself so I was fine, then for fun I tried breathing through my plugged nose which was really cool. While walking I remembered about getting a knife yesterday (I was pretty happy because I had lost my other knives so I could finally widdle again) and thought about how great it was for doing icepick style knife fighting which made me think of someone bad waiting for me at the bottom I knew I should stop thinking about this or else it would be true so I did. Turns out it was just a friendly janitor I woke up for real a few seconds after meeting him.

For nightmares the girl from the ring or just a random demon possessed chick and also the end of the world happening.
For the third assignment I just got back in school so this works out pretty well my sleep schedule is from 9-10 to 6 in the morning. On weekends whenever.

I decided to try to turn this one into a short story the coolest part was the end but unfortunately I forgot a lot of it.

I stepped onto the rusty ski lift, many things on my mind. The sky was a deep blue with wisps of clouds carelessly wading to and fro, I enjoyed the peace and quiet wondering how she was doing. My sister was chosen to be a counselor for the special cases but something had come up, she needed me to check out the curriculum, something was wrong. The lift was finally getting closer I prepared for the screech, it was so hard to get repairs in the mountains I thought about meeting with the admin. to talk about the budget, the worst part of it was just getting the new lift parts transported. I stepped off much to the machine's screeching protest walked through the silver doors into the elevated classroom. I went into the back room. I turned on the light. I watched the video being showed today. Kat pointed out one section of where the pronunciation was messed up so we rewinded it then I felt a presence come into the room, I started looking up. And up. I looked to my left and saw mist my eyes were closing of their own accord, my arms couldn't reach the ground to steady myself... Blotches of black and white started to come into vision as I began turning my head. The arduous process took many seconds and somewhere far off I felt some kind of throbbing sensation then finally I turned around and saw my sister her hair splayed against the wall something seemed immensely funny about this. It would take forever for her to fix that I started giggling as a lone ameba of color floated past showing a pool of crimson of the wall.
The cause of the deaths was two very strong strokes which confused a very forgetful doctor who could have sworn he didn't know that someone could have a stroke from an epilectic seizure or even that the two had been born with a heart defect. The camp was shut down and to this day that getaway in the mountains remains forgotten.

After I was killed in the dream the rest was people trying to figure out what had killed me it was so cool.

Edit: I was hoping you would tell me more about sleep cycles so you could best determine a point to do a WBTB If you're able to WBTB, of course. Being a student and doing that is quite difficult.

I remember the end of this dream I seemed to be watching an infomercial

There was some random singer that everyone liked, talking about how when she traveled to do concerts she loved taking the 10 ft. tall tent. She was talking about all it's features when she got to the fact you could have a trampoline in it, when she got there she said how she missed having one so much and how she felt complete with it. This seemed to go on for around 5 minutes. There was more to the dream but I lost it while trying to remember it, it seems that since remembering my dreams I get more excited so I always sit up when I wake up, does this affect dream recall?

Edit: I was hoping you would tell me more about sleep cycles so you could best determine a point to do a WBTB If you're able to WBTB, of course. Being a student and doing that is quite difficult.

Well actually I don't want to be too sleep deprived but I'm used to it I usually end up having late nights from homework. I'll post it later I'm too sleepy right now

That last dream was freaking scary but after I died the investigation was really cool.
