      Day 1 Assignment

Go through your dream journal and analyze where the content of your dreams comes from. Is it mostly day residue? Do you notice a lot of false memories or faulty logic in them?

Most of the content in my dreams are false memories. It's mostly people, and places from my past or things I enjoy. If i haven't seen, or something in a long time it begins to pop up in my dreams. I will have a day residue dreams ever now and again but they are not very often. Most of my dreams all together are of a random sort..

      Day 2 Assignment

Go through your dream journal and see if you can notice any reoccurring signs that are popping up. Make a list!
Bonus marks: Find out which sign occurs the most and incorporate reality checking to the sign into your daily routine.

      My Parents House
      Family I've never met
      Family I haven't seen in a while
      Old friends
Places resembling those from my past (old work, The town proper, and farm areas)

I have had a couple based in my current job, and i have upped my RC's. I've also made it a habit to remember what i was working on that day so that if iI'm doing something out of the ordinary i can remember to RC.

      sorry for taking so long.

      Class 3 Assingment
Review your current sleep schedule. Taking what you know about DILDs and WILDs, which technique would best work for you for inducing lucid dreams?

The best for me at the moment would be DILD. Since I've only got a 1room apartment i can't exactly set an alarm for the middle of the night, or get up and stat moving around without waking every one up.

      Class 4 Assingment
Think of 2-3 goals that you would like to accomplish. They could be anything! If you need some inspiration, check out some tasks from the Task of the Month forum. How would you attempt each goal?

Fight the Tornado God and Win - Once Lucid I would practice summoning techniques until successful enough to summon the god.
Become a Horse - Once Lucid I would try concentrating on myself, and trying to change myself from the outside in.
Have a RolePlay, or MMO based Dream - I would try incubating this dream.
Travel to the Land of Nod - I would try incubating this dream as well since it would be quite an extensive would.
