Hi, Newtz. |
Thanks Chessica, it already feels good so I'll go to bed earlier and get my dreams back on track. |
I dont know what's wrong but I haven't been able to recall any dreams in the last few days |
When I have a recall draught, this is usually what I do for my journal... |

I had a small fragment of me turning into a lion and eating someone |

Review your current sleep schedule. Taking what you know about DILDs and WILDs, which technique would best work for you for inducing lucid dreams? |
Sometimes, what I do, is I keep my notes on my phone... I wll drift in an out of sleep as I recall things, write the notes, drift back into sleep... wake up a bit to write more... |

Assignment: Think of 2-3 goals that you would like to accomplish. They could be anything! If you need some inspiration, check out some tasks from the Task of the Month forum. How would you attempt each goal? |
Let me find you a list of things you can try, which will help you practice with control... they are quite easy for beginners |
Thanks Serenity |

This is true! But I find it a lot easier to get lucid when I have a specific goal to focus on, so I was sort of hoping these would help |
