Hmm, well since about a week ago I've been meditating for 10 minutes before i go to sleep each night, although I'm still getting into it so I'm not particularly confident with it right now, but I think that will change with time. Incubation - I'm still trying to induce a dream where I'm flying over a desert, so that's what I've been visualising, and I've been doing it most nights as once or twice in the day. I've also been saying the mantras, however sometimes I end up falling asleep before I get to that step. Last night I used the chest technique for the first time, which really helped me to relax and focus, so I'll be doing that from now on. |
