Forgot that this was for MILD attempts. Heh.

Someone please tell me if you can access that link. I record daily in that workbook, even if I do not remember any dreams. I will post all my dreams here too, along with the added thing of what I thought about before I went to bed.

Before I went to sleep last night, I simply thought about my day and incubated the basic TOTM thing. I also thought about school.
The only dream I remember is a nightmare, but I'm omitting it from my dream journal for personal reasons.

Night of 1/20/11

Pre-Sleep Wanderings:
I remember thinking about this awesome book I read a few days ago called Maximum Ride. I thought how awesome it was for the characters to have wings and how much I love flying in dreams. Then I thought of combining my fighting techniques with TK, because my motor skills are occasionally suckish in dreams. I then thought about Inception and paradoxical architecture, but I think I fell asleep after that.

WBTB Attempt(s):
I woke up at around 3:30AM, and I got up, used the restroom, grabbed a glass of water, and went back to bed. I started to incubate the basic TOTM, and I fell asleep when I finished. I couldn't remember any dreams after this WBTB.

Dream(s):
Really crappy recall tonight. All I remember is taking a test for English, and another dream there was some sort of medical emergency and I was wheeling people around on gurneys.

Night of 1/21/11

Pre-Sleep Wanderings:
I don't really remember. I think I just pondered what I was gonna do tomorrow (today). I thought about what kind of pendulum I could get and if I could go sea glassing.

I keep forgetting my dreams, I rarely have a chance to write them down.

A man hands me a feather. "What do I do with this?" I ask. He points to a lock. I stick the bone part of the feather into the lock and quickly yank it out. The door opens, and I walk into it. There are nne doors in front of me, so I pick another and open that. 81 doors.

Nice WTBT attempt. It is pretty much how it should be done, I will teach it on 3rd class.

If you feel tired, try to wake up, at least to go pee. That does wonders.

Pre-Sleep Wanderings:
I think I remember thinking about school. Other than that, I incubated a dream fight with MadMonkey and AndresLD for the shared dreaming class, but that's it.

WBTB Attempt(s):
At about five o'clock I got up to pee. I listened to some subliminal lucid tracks, noted the fragments I remembered, and tried to fall back asleep. I couldn't fall back asleep until about 6:00.

Dream(s):
I also remember a frag about my cat going ballistic and killing someone, one about re-hacking my iPod, and another one about punching someone for no reason.

[False Awakening]
I toss and turn and cant seem to fall back asleep, so I get up and turn on the computer. A quick look outside tells me that it is about 4:00PM. I click a few of my favorite websites browsing my favorite sites and check my email, and my computer screen starts bugging out. It won't let me type or click on anything, rendering it as useful as a brick. An idea snaps in my mind that I'm may be dreaming, and I do a reality check. Yep, it passed, and I became lucid. The computer screen went back to normal, and I thought about the tasks I should do. I look up and an Enterprise-like starship is at a low altitude in the sky. Maybe I should check up there... I thought, so I walked away from the computer to open a portal. Might as well kill two birds with one stone, so I fell backward to stabilize the dream and transport to the ship. I felt myself rising upward into the sky, but quickly lost altitude. I woke up in my bed, ticked that I failed. I couldn't really fall back asleep.

Remind me to not stay close to your cat while dreaming LOL

Well done on your reality check. Is rewarding, isn't?

I can't wait for fourth class and teach my L-DEILD. You guys have a lot of lucids so I am sure you will get some good use out of it!!

Pre-Sleep Wanderings:
I was thinking about two things primarily. One was of this video game called about something called the Nonary game. You can google it if you wish, but I wont go into detail. Next, I mainly incubated the same dream I did last night, a shared dream fight with MadMonkey and Andres.

I got up once or twice, but couldn't remember any dreams, so I went back to sleep.

Dream(s):
The one I had was kinda long in my perception of time. It skipped around a bit but I'm sure it was one whole dream.

A Day in My Dream Life
NON-DREAM NON-LUCID LUCID
I sat down, alone on a conrete bench overlooking the quad. Soheil and Corbin sat down next to me, which was unusal because they are both assholes. They make some joke and laugh, and I manage to pull off an awkward smile. They dismissed themselves and left. The end bell rings, and I get up and leave. For some reason, Nini, jenny, and Kyle are all coming with me, even though they don't normally come this way. I walk down the path and it changes into a trail going underneath a bridge.

Nini says something about a party, and the trail opens up to a huge, awesome hill with tons of my friends, old and current, here. "AWESOME!" I yell. I try to drop my backpack but it's gone.I run up to a group of my friends and start babbling something. All I remember is saying, "If this was a dream, I'd fly around, cause this place is a great place to do that." Nice. Some lady called us all up for a Turkey club dinner for free and a blank check. This party just got better. I got in line, signed my name, and walked away with a freakin sammich. I was content. The dream skips and I'm back home, watching some silly movie. It seemed to have Jimmy Neutron and Sky High combined in some weird way, I'm not sure. The movie was about thirty minutes long.

Pre-Sleep Incubation:
Alright, I tried to incubate the concert dream, but I failed. I began to think of it. The reward for this dream would be Percy's secret gift, I thought. I knew it was gonna be cool, and I got a little excited. I was being pulled into the stadium by my friend, camera lights flicked on and flashed the concert stage, the announcer and the music, the bass nearly damaging my ears, but I kept on wandering off. I did the Chest Technique approximately four times. After a while, I incubated the entire first part of the dream, from the revelation of being lucid to just before I begin whatever I was going to do in the dream. I kept a static image in my mind of the dream, but I couldn't hold onto it. I told myself that it wouldn't matter (I ended up wrong), and I fell asleep.

WBTB Attempt(s):
I got up once but I didn't need to use the restroom. I splashed a bit of water in my eyes and began to record some notes about the dream I had. I got into bed to try and to incubate the dream again, but I wasn't successful AGAIN. I fell asleep.

Waking Up in Vegas

My mom opened a suitcase in front of me and started packing in clothes and stuff. "Is that for the trip?" I asked. She nodded. "What days am I gonna be taken out of school?" I looked outside as I spoke. I noticed there was a balcony outside, as if we were on a higher story building, and it was nighttime. "Tuesday through Thursday," she replied. She shut the suitcase and stood it up on the floor. The dream skips and I'm coming out of a Vegas hotel room. I notice Nick was here, and I asked him who else was here. He named off Jenny, Rachel, Nini, Angel (ugh), and Dylan. Angel walked by, his usual solemn expression on his face. He opened the gate and I followed him. I stopped as soon as I saw Rachel laying back in the pool. I dipped my feet in the water. "Hey what are yo-" a splash interrupted me. I turned toward the direction of it and noticed the sunlight glinting off someone's ass. "Oh god! Is Jenny naked?!" Rachel gave a nod that said, "Eww... yeah." "I'm outta here," I stated, and got up and walked back through the gate.

Do not overdo the chest technique or it will lose its power. If you place a though in your chest, it is there... if that though comes back, place it again in the chest, however, when you closed and vanished the chest, it is gone for the day... if a random though comes back, just go back to your concert, but do not pull the chest back! Wait until next day!

I've been sick for the past couple of days. I had no recall this morning , but yesterday I had a fever dream that had to deal with donations, swimming, Ezio, and water-proofing my iPod.

Since my mind has not been acting as crazy lately, I was able to incubate the concert dream once, and I meditated for 45 minutes about lucid dreaming and the concert dream.

I hope you feel better now!!!

Night of 01/27/2011

Thank you. My fever went from 103.9 to 99.2 in less than a day, which is awesome. I'm sure I'll get it soon.

Pre-Sleep Incubation:
I pretty much passed out because I took NyQuil, but I managed to incubate the same thing I tried on the 24th. I succeeded, but it didn't show up properly in my dream.

I got up to use the bathroom, but I got the chills and just went back to bed before I froze to death.

This was supposed to be the concert task for the MILD class, but I failed, or rather my subconscious seemed to have failed..
I immediately noticed I was in my old home as soon as I entered the dream. I ran out the door, lucid and task-oriented, and nearly fell into the crevice that appeared to be what was left of a driveway. I hopped into the street, and noticed half the place was in ruins, cars flattened and buildings crumbling to the ground. I didn't incubate that. I ran across the block, noticing it was freaking daytime, what kinda concert was in the daytime! I turned right and heard music, but I couldn't pinpoint where it was. I turned right again, which was probably a mistake, since the music was louder on the left anyways. I opened the door to a fancy looking place, like a ballroom-type building, because maybe there would be some sort of concert of opera in there. It turned out to be a Christian sanctuary. My feet seemed to be glued to the ground, and I couldn't seem to move myself through TK. I tried to change the scenery, but all I did was knock down a statue. A woman got mad at me and bitch-slapped me, causing me to lose lucidity. I apologized, and she began to talk about the importance and reason for all this stuff. I wasn't really listening. I woke up because my mom nudged me awake to take my temperature.

Cave Explorer
NON-DREAM NON-LUCID LUCID
I sat down with all my friends in a blank, gray room. For some reason, every time I moved I hit McKenna with my foot. We all got up and left after a while, and treaded a sandy area until we got home. McKenna kept on looking at me for pretty much the rest of the dream. I fell asleep in my brother's bed in this dream and I was dreaming about breaking into a mine. The dream within the dream had a kind of classic video-game feel. Silver, me, and Zack ran past the guards into the cave, and I quickly followed him. Silver got away, but I got caught before I could jump off the mountain, and was thrown at the bottom of the cave. I found an alien diamond the glowed with every color, which the miners mistook for radioactive iron. Me and Zack took it with us and handed it to Dylan, and we ran away. I woke up in the first dream again, and ran over to Zack and Dylan if they had the same dream. We each wrote them down and compared them, and they matched up. Ivanna walked in and gave us something for the DS that allowed for multi-touch capabilities. I forgot the rest of the dream unfortunately.

Night of 01/28/2011

Pre-Sleep Incubation:
I fell asleep and didn't get a chance to incubate. I was really tired.

None really, unless you consider waking up with no blankets on me and freezing to death because my cat stole them from me WBTB.

I can't seem to catch a break with my dream control lately. Hopefully it'll clear up tonight, since tonight is the last night to do the task.

Failed AGAIN (lucid)

I walked around the school field and realized that this was a weekend. I became lucid, and I realized I had to finish the concert task before the next class. It was awesome though, since the dream was already stable without me trying, which has been happening a lot lately. I tried to tear open a portal, but it didn't work. I ran into a room quickly to see if I could open a door to a concert, but instead I opened the door to a classroom watching a science documentary. I smacked the projector to see if I could change it to an image of a concert so I could just, you know, jump right in. All I did was make it skip to the end of the video. I opened the door and exited the classroom, and facepalmed myself awake.

Night of 01/29/2011

Pre-Sleep Incubation:
I got a chance to incubate again, but I tried it a little differently than I did before. I took deep breaths, and with each one I visualized a snippet from the dream. One breath I do a visualization, the next I hear the crowd cheering, etc. I was able to focus without doing the chest technique.

WBTB Attempt(s):
I got up a lot to record my dreams, but after the third time I stopped recording them since it got too tiring. By the time I woke up for the last time, I knew I had five more dreams but I couldn't remember them.

Hopefully I get the concert task done in an afternoon nap.

Clique Clack Blaowm

Mr. S handed me some strange flyers for the last day of Tech. They were readable, but the assignment didn't make sense.It had to do with faces or something. The bell rang and I walked out. I went into my Humanities class to see if Ms. B was there, but she wasn't. It was probably her free class. I opened my backpack to take a look at the sheet again as I walked toward the cement quad, but some bitchy girls were trying to annoy me. I slipped on something and they laughed, but Jenny and Sourna pulled me up. Sourna took me to play basketball, but my friends and I were sucking majorly against his team. The ball slipped from my hand and i dove for it, but just missed it and landed on the concrete painfully.

My dad shut the car door and told us that we had to go soon. I didn't see why we had to leave so late in the night, but I agreed. I walked into the side yard to grab something before we left, and suddenly some dry leaves caught on fire randomly. My mom and I tried to put them out, but the just kept on setting on fire again, no matter how hard we tried.

I was told by my aunt that I had to volunteer as a medical assistant to some special hospital. I had trouble getting in because there was a special elevator that I had to go down that gave me a lot of trouble. It was an outdoor elevator with no walls, it was simply a highly touch-sensitive cushion that went down almost as soon as you set your foot on it. I finally got it to work and the doctors yelled at me for overusing it. There was only one visible patient that seemed to have had a hear attack. I handed a defibrillator to one of the docs and he shocked him alive. I sighed in in relief.

I didn't write a full description of it, but it was last night (before MILD class #3) - just before my lucid.
You were teaching me about WBTB.
I'm not sure why or how it came to be you, but you told me it was in the dream. I think it's because I read your workbook just before sleeping.
I made sure to get up and go pee after the dream and think about the concert for a while before sleeping, and I guess it helped to induce my LD!

No I didn't, but that's pretty cool. (I wonder what I looked like...? )

Night of 01/30/2011

Pre-Sleep Incubation:
I actually don't really remember when I fell asleep, I was sleeping off the awful cold and clammy end of my cold. I think I may have thought about the concert and some other lucid dreaming stuff, but I don't remember.

WBTB Attempt(s):
I woke up and tried to record my dreams, but I couldn't remember them. All I remember is talking to some old movie detective looking guy who was leaning against a pole. I don't remember what he said, but I knew I felt relieved. I did a reality check and tried to pee, but I couldn't. I went back to bed and incubated the concert dream.

Night of 01/30/2011

Pre-Sleep Incubation:
I incubated the beginning of three dreams, the concert, and both of the February TOTMs. The person I decided to kiss was one of my long-missed friends from LA, and the beginning of the advanced wormhole task.

WBTB Attempt(s):
I woke up and mentally recorded my dreams because I had no pen. I don't have time to post them in full form because I'm tired and need to sleep, but I remember having my buddy Zack over playing DS wirelessly, and I had a swordfight with pirate zombies and met Samus and a zombie wearing Majora's mask. In the first dream I was relaxing until an earthquake hit, and then I panicked like I did back in the easter quake, bruising my foot in the same way. In the second dream I had riushes of adrelaine, running away from exploding zombies and escaping the one with Majora's mask. Samus looked strange, her weapons were all powerful and different looking too, almost manlike. I didn't incubate any dreams because I forgot too.

I am going to give you credit for your concert task. The first task I wanted it to require no control. On the first dream, it was almost done (Christian one) and the second one, you remembered to do it again. Opening a portal is no newbie skill, so you have been doing your MILDs well (after all, they generated lucid dreams)
If you want to fully complete the concert, go for it, but if not, you can work on the extra credit. The basic task is too basic and the advanced, is harder. I am going to assign you a old ToTM that requires some control, but not too much. Give a flower to a DC If you dare with the Advanced for February, go for it

Night of 2/2/2011

Oh, hey thanks. I am still going to try though. I have opened portals and teleported through mirrors before several times, but I can't seem to be getting them anymore, let alone fly which is usually an easy thing for me. That task sounds doable, I can probabably push myself to do the ToTM tasks with the flower task too.

I only get a chance to meditate before an afternoon nap, and I have a seat by my bed where I could meditate. I did my deep-breathing meditation of counting backwards than I incubated the same three dreams again, the concert dream, the ToTM basic, and the ToTM advanced. I fell asleep, but I didn't remember any dreams.

Pre-Sleep Incubation:
I repeated the same incubation I had last night.

I only mentally recorded my dream again this time, as I lost my dream journal behind my desk. I also incubated just the concert dream on the toilet as I didn't feel that I had the energy to stay up.

Dream(s):

This dream was really hard to remember, as it was pretty long to me. The fact that I was lucid at one point helped.

This poor-looking kid came across our house and I invited him into the house. He did some trick that made me look like a mind-reader, and I asked if he could actually read minds. He said yes, and I asked him to prove it. He said I was thinking about Zack's iPad and how to jailbreak it, which was true. Something happened at school and an unofficial eigth grade dance started randomly, and I paid five dollars and tried to find some of my friends. I'm not sure what happened, but I became semi-lucid. I asked the kid if he could help me with forming a portal, and he he gave me some chemicals and a sheet on how to use it. it said to gargle the chemical, and when I did I accidentally swalled some and I passed out in the dream, waking me up.

Night of 2/3/2011

Pre-Sleep/Meditation:
PRE-SLEEP FULL

I find myself in a field and notice a lone white rose growing in the wind at the end of a cliff. I pick it up, nearly catching my hand on the sharp thorns, and hop off the cliff, then soar over to a familiar face . I land right behind her, hiding the rose behind my back. She begins to turn as she hears my footsteps tread the grass. I hug her and tell her I'm here, as I place the rose in her hair. I kiss her, and walk her down slowly through the field, and sit her down in the grass and tell her I'll be back again soon. I turn around and jump upward, flying back to where I came. I'm not sure where I'll go next in the actual dream.

I was in some bedroom, [COLOR="purple"]immediately lucid at the unknown surroundings. Something in the shadows was peeking its head around a pillar and laughing. I can't lift my hand far enough to pinch my nose. I close my eyes for a few seconds, and I forcefully open them and I am peering into my dark bedroom. I'm still dreaming and can't move, so I just wake myself up.[/COLOR

Night of 2/3/2011

Pre-Sleep/Meditation:

I repeated the same meditation as last time, but I added the February Advanced task to the end of the dream.

And then I flew upwards. I didn't stop, the clouds were behind me now, and the air is getting thinner and wetter. When i felt I couldn't go any higher, as soon as I hit the break between Earth and space, a force pulled me into a swirling hole of colors. Any slight movement caused me to go straight ahead at the speed of infinity, and then, as soon as I came in, a was rocketed out, hitting solid cement . I rolled around and looked behind me, and the hole closed. I look up and see a public aircraft road, and hovering cities. The land appeared empty, except for small buildings and people who appeared to be maintaining mag-lev machines and pipes. A closer look revealed that the people of this place are humanoid, yet some of their facial features are warped in a way. I walked up to someone, and he pulled out a machine. I asked him where we were, and the machine spoke to the an in a strange language. He spoke back to it, and the machine spoke again, but in English. "You are on Planet Threaz. Welcome." I'm not sure how to respond or what to say or do.

AGAIN, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night yesterday. I'm setting up an alarm tonight in order to fix this, as my recall is sucking lately.
