Meditation does mean clearing your mind, and in some types of meditation, allowing important thoughts to come to the front. As a result, you gain improved focus, concentration and awareness. In the later lessons, I will be encouraging students to build up a meditation schedule to help them stay on track. I'll also be covering techniques for two types of meditation, and a combined technique which can be helpful for dreaming.
