      Aexions Workbook Of Success

      Okay, So I've Had One Or To Lucids, But None Of Which Controllable. So I'm Hoping To Maybe Gain Control Over My Dreams, And Increase The Frequency Of Them.

      Homework For Lesson One:

      1) Have Had A Dream Journal For Some Time Now(;
      2) One Dream From My Journal:
      Hazy.<3
      5-8-11
      It Started Off I Was In Hazy's(A Girl I Knew From Awhile Back) House. We were on the floor watching a movie. I'm not sure why, but i had a sudden urge to put my finger in her mouth. So i did, then u got up and left for no reason. I came back shortly after, we wanted to sit and talk but someone came and told me to leave. Then it took me to where I was in my school office with my parents asking if i could switch schools to hazy's. They agreed on i could go to East(Her School) for a week and try it. From there i was in a hallway i thought was east. and i couldnt find my class, then i ran into a girl who moved away a long long time ago. here is where i think i became lucid because i realized she couldnt be anywhere near here, but before i could try to control anything i woke up. Sorry if you don't really wanna hear my personal life, but its the only major dream i have remembered.. :/

      Great. You have already done the first homework. Keep journaling and your recall will be fantastic by the time we start on lesson 2. DILD.

      I took the (hopefully) out of your thread title. Lucid dreaming has a lot to do with your mind state. you don't want to induce doubt in yourself. If you put your mind to it you can learn to lucid dream every day.

      Put the effort in and reap the rewards.

      Yeah dreams are weird that way. Confidence is key. And don't worry. Soon you will be doing all kinds of marvelous things. Just journal every day and stick with lucid dreaming.

      Homework Of Lesson Two :
      Well My Both Of My Reality Checks I Have Been Doing For Awhile Now, But My First Is Everytime I Talk To My Friend, And Only This Friend. He Says "Haiyo" Which Is Hi In Japanese. In Which I Respond "Happy Birthday!" So Then Whenever I See Other People And Greet Them With Haiyo (Alot Of My Friends Understand Japanese Aswell) If They Answer With Happy Birthday I Know Im In A Dream. My Friend I Think Would Also Be The Trigger..? Not Sure On That.

      My Second Is I Always Check The Time, I Am Always Concerned With It. So I Have Developed Checking The Time Looking Away, Checking It Again, And If It Changes Check It One More Time To Be Sure. If It Changes Each Time I Am Dreaming. Maybe Me Always Looking For The Time Is The Trigger In This One..? Not So Sure On The Whole Trigger Concept.

      Also I Constantly Notice A White Tiger Following Me In Most Dreams, But Whenever I Decide To Go After It, Its Gone. This Is Only When I'm Lucid Though. What Exactly Is It?

      Good work on the homework. People saying happy birthday is a really creative reality check. But a DC could respond that way.

      Also the tiger is a dream sign I suppose. And it is only disappearing because you expect it to. Work on your dream control and not expecting things to happen in ways you don't want.

      Tonight Will Be WILD!

      Okay, So I Haven't Lucid Dreamed, Or Seen The Tiger In Awhile, Nor Have I Succesfully Done A Wild. But Tonight Will Be Different, I've Conquered My Fears Of Sleep Paralysis, And Hallucinations. Tonight I Will WILD! I'm Not Entirely Sure This Is An Anchor, But What I Ususally Do After Waking To My Alarm, Is Try To Keep My Eyes Closed, And Focus On The Fans Noise. Usually The Noise Turns Into Voices, And I Get Happy Because It's Working. Then The Voices Become Familiar Loved Ones, And There Screaming For Help. I Can't Move To Help Them. This Has Happened Everytime I've Tried. Though Tonight I Will Put It Past Me. Because, I. Am. Determined(:
