      I just had a thought. We have and meditation and ld'ing class, but could someone possibly run an intro to meditation class as well? I know I would love to take it.

      Hey Uberyoshi,

      I will be teaching the meditation during LD class, the class will be very much an introduction to meditation as the class will deal mostly in teaching the aspects of meaningful meditation. Towards the end of the class we will switch to focusing our efforts in bringing that reflective state of mind into our dreams. Signing up for the Meditation During LD will give you all the basics and will have techniques you will practice in waking life long before we try and incorporate them into dreaming. Simply the fact that we are on a dreaming web site and most of the people here have experiences with dreaming, two people have already reported having lucid dream meditation since reading the original thread:
