Before I start, I feel the need to say that I'm a complete newbie to all of this (Meditation/Lucid Dreaming, etc) and I'm in high school. Therefore, my knowledge is limited (to meditation for dummies books) and my replies/responses etc won't be anything that deep. Just to clarify.

Stroke Of Insight

It's very difficult to put into words what I felt about this video, how enlightening it was to me. For one, it's very hard to imagine what she went through. I can't even imagine what it would be like having an experience like that. I loved how it was both scientific and spiritual.

Everything about this topic is just so intriguing. I've always sort of been interested in the brain and how it works. It's amazing to think - to know - the potential that our minds have and what they can accomplish.

I plan on using all resources available to me to acheive meditative state, lucid dreaming, and maybe more in the future.

Judging by our first online class, I'd say most of us are noobs at this. And I'm not in highschool and I'm also a bit in awe of how articulate some posters on DV are.

You're obviously putting some effort into this and that's the most important, I think.

Quite a motivation, isn't it? That's pretty much my plan as well.
