I'm a civ III fan. Also like some of the older ones if you've played Civ II for PlayStation One or the original Civilization for Commodore 64. |

Any Civ fans here? I was pretty underwhelmed with Civ 5 when it came out, but I picked it up again this week, and the big update in December did wonders for the AI, especially diplomacy. I played through a game this week as Hiawatha of the Iroquois, and it had that depth and involvement and feel of the story unfolding that old Civ games have, but the endgame was waaaay more manageable. Civ 3 and 4, I never wanted to keep going after I won because managing everything was such a chore, but this game I'm still going something like 50 years after I won the space race. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama
