I really liked it because it reminds me of all those zombie-type movies, except it's carried out amazingly and given a modern, technologic twist. The ending is a bit of a cliffhanger, which upset many, but if you have a good imagination you're fine. Loved this book because it sucked me within the first couple pages - seriously, within the first ten pages, everything just goes crazy and you don't want to put it down.

That's good to know, I have the book but I haven't looked at it much as I am reading other books. I know looks forward t oreading it.

I'm currently reading American Psycho. It is a great book. You will enjoy it if you liked the movie, and vice versa.

I'm reading Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk. It's totally different to the movie. To me the movie feels like communist propaganda, the book however tells the story better and is written a totally unique style. I must have read it 20 times.

The last book i read was "The Voyage of Jerle Shannara: Morgwar" by terry brooks, one of the 3 book series. but theres actually like 13 books in the Shannara series. The best book ive ever read was either the Hobbit or the first king of shannara.

I prefer the Heritage series to the First King, although the latter was most excellent.

Mostly Harmless by Douglas Adams.
It had both the best and worst ending I ever read.

The last book I read was The Last Continent by Terry Pratchett. The author wrote a paragraph that, instead of dedicating the book to someone said:
Discworld is a world and a mirror of worlds. This story is not set in Australia but it may, here and there seem a bit... Australian. Still... No worries[/b]
I am currently reading the next Discworld book "Carpe Jugulem" for those of you who understand Latin I am sure that you know what I mean when I say it is his first book starring vampires.

The Foundation by Isaac Asimov.
kind of strange sci-fi, reaches over a pretty long time.
you only follow a specific person for a short time, but besides from that, it was good.

Jakten på tillvaron eller att leva i harmoni.

English title: The pursuit of life or living in harmony. (although I don't know if that book is actually translated, I merely translated the title...)

By Rand, correct?
I have yet to read that one, her other books are rather decent.

Lately I've been reading short stories and essays; the last book I've read was The Iron Heel by Jack London.

1984 it's kind of boring at the moment. I'm at the part where Orwell describes social stuff. It's dull.[/b]

At the moment I am reading the Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo. Its actually a pretty good book so far, once you get past all the annoying medieval language.

Well, I'm in the process of trying to read/finish reading seven book in the next few weeks. Can we say panic? They include:
"The Cold War: a New History" by John Gaddis - a very good book so far! Easy to read for a history book.
"13 Days" by Robert Kennedy - a good book for someone who wants to know what was going on during the Cuban Missle Crisis from the view point of President Kennedy's brother.
"A New Era".... another Cold War book. Haven't started it. Not looking forward to it.

"Luther" by Heiko Oberman - very good so far, but not chronological. Not stellar, but enjoyable.
"Protestants" by Stephen Ozment - read the preface and am really not interested, but I have to read it.
"The Burgermeister's Daughter" by Stephen Ozment - no idea.
and another small book on the Reformation.

I'm also reading a skazka (a Russian fairy tale), only this is like a series of small fables, and the title translates to "Charming Adventures". I'm going to finish my translation on it soon and then start to analyze it, since I was smart and picked a story without an English translation. It's a fun little story by Bulat Okudzhava and I can post my translation and later my "brief" analysis when I'm finished.

Last book I read was "A Cetain Slant Of Sunshine" by Laura Whitcomb. Short but a good book, very unique.
