No Construction Set=Me not buying it.

The VAST system is kind-of-cool, The environments are obviously very nice, but I am not a fan of city wastelands (more of a nature man (oblivion)), the combat looks pretty cool, but I hear it is clunky. Monsters look awesome mostly. Not a fan of covering long distances (oblivion) and its the main reason why I stopped playing oblivion which is a pitty, because I loved the dungeons and the environments are nice too look at for some time, but the problem with these kind of games is it lacks a certain life to it, and you start getting a little lonely or bored. These reasons are why I won't be buying Fallout 3, but there isn't a doubt in my mind it will be good.

I will be buying Fable 2 however.

I will 100% agree that there is a serious lack in variety when it comes to the Wasteland. But then again, what do we expect?

Haha. Right now I"m playing it, and 17 hours in. Great title!

More excited for Mirror's Edge though.

Yes, I am going to get Mirror's Edge unless it really gets some negative reviews.

But maybe not, as the big game sites gave Fable 2 not-so-hot reviews (whats not to like?)

Fable 2 does have some glaring flaws.

I'm not going to be buying Mirror's Edge, not because it's a bad game (I loved the demo, played it through 5 times), but because I don't have 60 dollars to shell out for a game that is not high on replayability.

Far Cry 2 is meh.

Just built my Rock It launcher in fallout 3, nothing more fun then watching people explode when they get random odds and ends you find in the level launched a them. such as, just nailed a mutant with a book, he exploded and because of my "bloody mess" perk there was even more gibblets to fly around!

I just rented it and there is no denying the dense jungles and never-ending maps. Its way way way too daunting for a gamer. This game should be illegal! The game is pretty good, but god is a weird one! Its nothing like the original Far Cry, but the graphics are the best. Its just so nonlinear and you have to do so much driving and traveling through the never ending jungles that it just ruins the whole experience. I am about to try multilayer.

I have to admit, this is one of those games you just sit their for half a minute sometimes "awwing" at the beauty of things.

I've bee playing fallout 3 for a total of 24-30 hours ever since I rented it several days ago. I really, really like it. It's incredibly long, there's plenty of sidequests, there's a ton of unique settlements, and you can kill whoever you want. There's just a lot of content in the game itself. My favorite part so far has been the computer simulation. It was pure fun chasing people around with a rolling pin and dismembering their dead bodies.

omg this game is incredible, id highly recommend it over fable 2 nd yes iv played them both quite a bit. i dont see what the major hype is ovr mirrors edge tho lol nd cant wait for resistance 2 =]

It's addictive as hell. I get out of school at 12 and I've been doing absolutely nothing but playing it for the last week. I want to finish it, but I also want to do all the side quests.

i've only played it about 4 hours so far and have barely gotten anywhere in the game... i keep dying due to lack of ammo, decent gun and health. The only thing I really like about it is the map itself how its so big you can go anywhere without it having to load.

Yeah its really hard at first, at the moment though i have more ammo then i can use, make sure to get the rock it launcher asap, it helps so much with ammo

u mean the fatboy i cant find ammo for it lol

No, the rock it launcher, you can shoot whatever you find at people, cups, plates, teddy bears, mostly anything, it helps alot when you are walking through a area low on ammo and you find a room with tons of dented cans, cups, and the shit. And it does good damage also.

I just finished the game. The ending kind of pissed me off though... I wish you could have continued playing afterward. I'm hungry for a sequel already

I got the special T-51b power armor, which is the best power armor in the game. I got a super-mutant side kick who is extremely powerful. I got some awesome overpowered perks and overpowered weapons and started killing everything. Near the end, I was no longer afraid of anything as I was SO tough to kill, I had SO much ammo and medical supplies. I just charged into combat firing my weapon aimlessly into the bulk of the enemy troops and their heads started flying off. I could kill anything!

I never got the Rock-it-launcher btw. I never even built anything.

That's how it was for me too, but it speeds up.

The game (if you play side quests and such) is alot longer then just the main story, try out other aspects of the game now, black eagle.

I have Fallout finally!

I've been playing for like 2 hours and I'm just barely out of the vault, lol. I spent like 45 minutes tweaking my guys face.


I had to close the game and it DIDN'T SAVE! I'm really bummed. Not even the autosaves are there



Oh, and Fucking V.A.T.S. is so beastly. 10mm Pistol shot a guards head OFF!

why has nobody mentioned the shitty 3rd person view? it looks like you're floating. ha, ha.

man, I remember spending almost an hour tweaking my oblivion characters face, and did it matter? not one bit, cuz even when I was playing in 3rd person I was never looking at his face. I could have made him butt ugly and I wouldn't have cared.
