Check out The Fall, I have been meaning to watch that for awhile. It's supposed to be very surreal. Also maybe Pan's Labyrinth, another I need to see. Butterfly Effect is absolutely amazing, by the way. |

Recommend me some surreal/dreamy movies. Et cetera. Around those genres. |

Dark City....it'll leave you with that "what if" feeling like the matrix does. |

Sanity is a madness put to good use; waking life is a dream controlled.
Run, Lola, Run. I seem to remember dreamlike changes in the plot, but it's been awhile since I've seen it. |

The Machinist. |

Watch 'The Fountain' by Darren Aronofsky. |

Thanks for all the suggestions! Keep 'em coming. |

Run Lola Run is amazing, The Cusp was dead on with that one. |
|
Bollocks.
AH! I've been trying to remember the name of that movie. I haven't seen it, but saw the previews years ago and wanted to see it, but then forgot the name. thankyou! |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
I concur with much of the above, though if you liked Vanilla Sky and you like foreign films, then burn your copy of VS and track down the much better Spanish original, Abres los Ojos. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama
