---o--- my DCs say I'm dreamy.
I say do whatever if it's a casual sort of thing, where one reply is enough. However, if discussing and having a back and forth, I would say it is polite to not leave until all you've said is said and all the responses dealt with. This never happens, so I also consider it acceptable to walk out with an announcement, such as "You all are fuccccccchsia morons, I'm leaving." |

Meh, virtually all of the threads I've made have been garbage, so I don't think it's much of an issue to anyone if I've abandon them. I don't think it's up to the OP to keep a thread moving unless the original post had to do with needing advice or help regarding something, in which case of course the OP should stick around. Otherwise, a thread's life is probably best determined by the interest given it by the community. |
