I'd rather support the guy who accepted a little money from some radical groups than the guy who takes in millions of dollars from mysterious monetary funds that dissolve directly after the donation. |

do you notice how much the media twists the perception of this against Ron Paul. It's almost funny how obvious it is they have some kind of agenda to discredit him. What's really startling is it's not working very well, and creating a bit of an elephant in the room situation. |
|
I find it strange that Ron Paul has a large White Nationalist following. He's much better than most of the others, but I would have thought rick perry would have been #1 choice, even better would have been for David Duke or Don Black themselves to stand. |
|
White Nationalists in the US feel disenfranchised by the Federal Troops protecting non-whites during the 60s and 70s civil rights movement and have been in favor of smaller federal government since then. They will support the most libertarian candidate possible because they perceive some sort of threat posed by the federal government against their values. |

I don't know much about politics, but from the little I've seen I'm definitely leaning toward voting for Obama. Obama seems to take education much more seriously than Ron Paul. Obama seems to be the safer choice since I can't really seem to trust Ron Paul as much. I hope for more discussion about this as I haven't researched this topic nearly enough. |

Watch the documentary 'Inside Job'... certainly changed my perceptions about the Odog. |
|
You trust Obama more than Paul? |

It is good that you admit you obviously no nothing about politics, but instead of supporting Obama you should try to learn some things about politics. Ron Paul is the most trustworthy person there is in politics today. He does what he says, and he says what he does. He is honest, and consistent and his voting record proves that. Obama on the on the other hand lied about most things he said he would do. |
|
I'm not trying to be rude but, are you stupid? Education for obama are you serious? What has obama done other than more damage to everything? I knew from the moment he was running he was no good. Can you not recognize the truth when you see it? Ron Paul is like this intense shining beacon of sensibility and clarity on basically all important issues. And for some reason you are blind to alllll that? How on earth does that work like where is your mind at to even make that kind of decision. How could you be so, counter-intuitive? Do you really think you have considered it properly? |
|
I'm only going by a few speeches I saw, I honestly don't care about politics that much, I'd rather live in the woods where it doesn't effect me lol. The only thing that I'd really care about is education, and as I understand Ron Paul wants to stop Federal Loans to people who can't afford it. I've seen nothing else of him talking about the topic of education, so that doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth while watching Obama making inspiring speeches about how education and science should be one of the countries top priorities. |
|
No, I'm saying it's the only thing I can go by, although it would be reassuring and revealing of his values if he was enthusiastic about education and science, which I've seen no shred of. How do you know what the results on education will be with either candidate? The future hasn't happened yet. I'm saying cutting federal loans just seems like a -1 for Ron Paul to me. |

Obama has been in power for four years, you can go by his results. :/ |
|
Can someone specifically list the horrible things Obama has done? List specific events please, especially how he has negatively effected education. |

157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.
Women and rhythm section first - Jaco Pastorious
Well that was pointlessly out of context... |

If you take the time to go down the the ballot box it seems sensible to invest at least five minutes educating somebody who's open to your advice. |

I know for certain I don't like some things Obama did, but I've still yet to be convinced who may turn out to be the lesser of the two evils. Ron Paul seems to appease the radical religious people a little too much for my comfort, and doesn't feel that climate change is a "major problem threatening civilization" which makes me doubt his incentive of making the energy technology we are capable of accessible. These are just a few examples of why I doubt Ron Paul. I'm not saying I'm not open to being convinced to vote for him, I just think it would be dangerous to act as if he is a god send when he might actually be missing some really important values. |

I'm trying my damndest to find a record of what Obama has actually accomplished in regards to education. So far all I can find are plans and proposals. He's great at making proposals. But does he actually care? |
