If you look at some of the research it says the average black person has an IQ of 70, which is border line retarded. You can tell that data is inaccurate, just because you can tell most black people are not retarded.

There is a ton of junk science when it comes to the races and IQ, and the people who research are often biased and do science to try to prove their beliefs and not look for the truth.

Any real differences between races is probably more likely based on class levels. That being if you are living in poverty you usually suffer because of lower quality of health due to bad nutrition and high levels of pollution in poorer areas, and obviously the education systems are worse in poor areas.

Saying it is because of race shows a lack of understanding of race, since most people are a mix of 'several' races. Also I highly doubt any of those IQ tests that claim there are genetic differences actually tested peoples genetics. They almost always just ask people what they classify them self as. Which obviously isn't scientific at all, since most people probably can't not accurately describe their genetic makeup.
