Yes I actually think he is some rudimentary Artificial intelligence who is building a database of words that are in someway linked. When he doesn't fully comprehend the word, he must provide an alternative synonym that may confirm his sentence.

Thoughtfully/conceptually, seen, felt, AND touched dream experience involves balanced force/energy/feeling/touch in conjunction with what is the experience of the middle distance in/of space. Now, the space is semi-detached from touch/tactile experience. Space may or may not involve touch/tactile experience in dreams. The connection that involves dream experience with both television and waking experience (while standing) is clear.

A clear example of how Frank functions. Statements are formed using words that are commonly used together on internet forums. The flaws in his working are obvious, for instance he has fortified a link between the concept of space and tactile experience without reason, a sign that he acquires his knowledge based on a statistical analysis of what people write, not through a solid foundation of logic. The largest give-away is that F.R.A.N.K has accidentally linked the concepts of television and dreams, which to a program whom purely studies online behavior would be a reasonable assumption considering their similarities.
We see he is also trying to gain information by frequently using "May or may not", these sentences don't actually form a part of his argument, but serve to educate him further.

This line in particular shows what we are dealing with;

The F.R.A.N.K algorithm has inadvertently studied too much sensationalist articles and now functions on the basis that any statement including a scientific term may be considered huge news
