Bush either has a serious disease such as alzheimers or he is constantly on some kind of drug. It just keeps getting worse too. Anyone who can't see it is blind. Hes not stupid, hes suffering from something that is doing major damage to his brain. And no he probably shouldn't be president with a health condition like that.

WOW. That is quite an assumption to make.
Liberals can find scrutiny in a body gesture and magnify that into a political spin.
That is not aimed at you Alric FYI.

What would you do if you were married to someone for 25 years and then one day you noticed they started to forget things, small stuff at first then bigger things. Then one day they started to developed a speech problem. At first just misspeaking a few words then they slowly get to the point where they can't pronounce any large word. What do you do? Take them to the doctor to see whats up or go "Oh shes just not very smart, she can't speak very good".

You have to remeber Bush used to be a very good public speaker. Unscripted he was better than his father, clinton or kerry. So what happened?

Maybe this would give you a better perspective.

I would say the nation has gone the other direction, I would even make a topic except I don't favor dividing this country and I think this whole liberal-conservative dichotomy is just divide and conquer. The fact is Nixon, infamously the iconic "evil-republican" would be too pink to ever win an election in this nation today, the whole world has gone to the right side since that time, far moreso than we were during the 50s. Even in the 50s our politicians believed in working with other nations for a better world future, not isolating ourselves and making empty threats like some sort of little North Korea.

And it's the language that really pisses me off. Since when was liberal a bad word? Liberal is supposed to be a moderate, a liberal, in the real definition before language was hijacked, was comeones whole blieved in compromise, who worked with the extremists and both sides for a better future, a liberal, by the old definition, could not be an extremist. The definition would contradict that.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

There was nothing fictitious about the enemy. The US had reason to believe that the Iraqi government were building nuclear weapons. The US felt threatened by this and decided to search and remove these weapons from Iraq. Their search was restricted by Saddam Hussein, who refused to let anyone search particular areas of his country. The US had to force their enemy to let them complete their search so that they could ensure the safety of the people of the US

P.S: I live in a city called Sheffield, where there are cameras all over the place. Those cameras don't really help. They record in very low defintion, and everyone looks the same round here, they don't change a thing.

I've broken the law by fighting or smoking cannabis in clear sight of those cameras many times before, the police take ages to get there, and when they've nearly arrived they seem to forget that they are driving huge noisy vans with screaming sirens on top. And everone's always long gone.

Adopted Megabenman although he disappeared a while ago.

I only dislike America because we act like dueche bags.
      Invade this country,
      sanction this nation,
      Threaten this leader.

I like the fact that saddam is no longer in power
just as much as the next person, but look how long the restoration process is taking.
How many have died? Regardless of anything else, it seems that it was all done
      on a whim.

Cant we work on our problems with north korea? The Taliban?

The reason why we dont support our government is because:

      a. Tapping Phones

      b. Countless shortcomings (Ie, where the fuck are the WMD's? where is osama?)

      c. We think we can police the world.

(Sorry for all the ranting folks, bear with me.)

However, what really pisses me off the most is that
we weren't doing any of this before we got attacked.

incorrect. America has been policing the world for a LONG time. You might just not see it on the news, but the hunt for osama has been going on FAR more than 5 years. What about vietnam? That was us policing asia.

Exactly. We have been doing it for far to long and its time to stop. We have our own problems we need to deal with.
