No, the reason no country has become communist is that the transition can't begin until imperialist powers are at bay. Unfortunately, the United States exists and would clearly take advantage of a Socialist state transitioning to communism, see that their military would be no existent. That is why a large portion of the world most transition at once. We'll see who is right in time
