Unless by that definition (living) you mean surviving, then I'd say you mean 'incapable' in the sense of detrimental beyond acceptance to society as deemed by a 'representative' of society.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

These milestones are necessary for them to exist functionally in society. They are not "inherently culturally-defined." For example, learning how to shower appropriately, or learning to cook. These are milestones.

Lol I took the meaning of those two words to be completely subjective.

There's nothing out of normality or functionality imo, as well as 'correct', etc.
They're all just divisions that serve to separate things which can then more easily be defined by right and wrong, wanted and not wanted.
It's only because of these divisions that there is discrimination, regardless of whether people would like to call that positive or negative.

What exactly is your definition of "normal" here? Being able to hold a job and live on your own? The definitions become incorrect when culturally-specific realities are used to extrapolate universal truths. This is not appropriate reasoning.
These milestones are necessary for them to exist functionally in society. They are not "inherently culturally-defined." For example, learning how to shower appropriately, or learning to cook. These are milestones.
Their status as milestones is culturally defined. The term "milestone" is subjective, completely. You can say "learning to cook", and (despite obvious problems with making a definitive statement on a perpetually augmented skill set) that's quantifiable enough. It's not something innate, it's not primarily social (although the recipes and methods are cultural, the basic act itself is fairly logical). Now, if it was a primarily social structure, as it may very well be in other parts of the world, and certainly can be in some social circles in the US even (I'm assuming you're male :p), you'd have a problem there. And the second you call it a "milestone" you subsume it within the cultural framework from which the concept of widely-accepted "[age-specific schemata learning completion moments]" comes from. The act of conferring milestone status on activities or learning processes is one of culturally identifying them.

Sex is inherently social, inherently natural, inherently so much a part of our psychology and physiology in a way that showering is not. To so equate them is assessing the two on only the most superficial level. In my neighborhood, the sexual milestone was done between children at a (relatively) young age. I think it's best that way, and that there is a high, high likelihood of abuse and resulting problems from mixing adults with children there, at least in modernity. But in the Classical period, they may have been more cognizant of these things or there may have been a smaller divide between "mature" sex and that of children. OR everyone was just molesting and raping children. Probably somewhere in the middle, but I can't say for certain at all.

I defined normal in the same posting, being able to function in society, for example not being thrown into a mental institution every 5 weeks, or being able to work, and not violating a majority of the laws that serve to protect the people. Or being able to communicate with other people without being emotionally distressed. Being able to do as others can.

A milestone is just something which marks your progress. Saying it is "subjective" isn't accurate.

Different objectives have different milestones. That doesn't make them subjective, that makes them specific to seperate areas in which they are particularly not subjective.

Being able to feed yourself is a non-subjective milestone on the way to taking care of yourself, which is a milestone of life in general. Being able to have good hygiene would be another one.

The importance of the end goal is indeed subjective, but when calculating milestones you only go as far as, the completion of this goal is something necessary to support the end goal.

The milestone for a child's psychological health is to not be violated, and to be free to not think about sex. I didn't start thinking about sex till...about 4th or 5th grade...though I did think about dating. Which is funny, I remember having a crush on 1 girl in kinderG, 1 in 1st grade, and a crush on the teacher in 2nd grade.

Then in fifth grade I realized I was physically attracted to males and not females.

I'm just going to assume you get my point by now and it would only serve to be boring if I kept typing.

Everyone is entitled to there own opinion and probably the only humane way of stopping it is to run sting operations online IE hosting a fake picture and when they click it install a MBR rootkit in the persons computer that relays there position in the world down to 4 meters, after that keep a watch on them and if they have any worrying behaver then come to the door arrest then and then surgically remove there testicles so they have no way of abusing anyone again.

Too bad only crazy people like me know how to make these allusive rootkits

It is a complete myth that anyone can be born a paedophile. People always become them. 12chan and all similar sites shouldn't be on the internet because although they are "legal" they put the idea into people's heads. As long as the material is out there at least some people are going to conform. Trust me, it's evident, sexual attraction is more or less all about conformity if you think about it.

I say the same thing about the media. They make such a big thing about paedophilia these days they are practically begging for people to become pedos.

Weird topic... Girls do hit puberty and start maturing at an older age...

The real young ones... I'm unsure about... around 16 or 17... Some of em you can't even tell the difference when looking from behind between that and a 2x something year old.

Of course when I found out the whole truth about this later in life through the suicidal actions of many of the females I had grown up with, and saw that nothing was being done on account of "lack of evidence", notwithstanding the 30 or 40 cases of which I currently knew about or had heard about occurring 20 or so years past and so on into the present. I had to eventually resolve to murder him or move away forever. It is a tough situation when everyone around you is a coward and they tell you that "you have no right to do something", as if he had the right to go around ruining the lives of the innocent.

Backwards. Not everyone has a right to life. Why is this so hard to understand? What happened to the town getting together with torches and pitch forks to go burn the monster in the woods?
That'll happen once we remove the police force in America that was at no part an idea in the founding of this country.

Holy crap, I just read some of that big wall of text linked somewhere in the thread...
The world is crazy, the stuff happening to the far east and in India is just insane.

If anything has something about how pedophilia is caused, I'd really want to know, I've been wanting to know how the hell this crap works.
I mean, it's not possible to 'choose' to or not to be turned on by something that turns you on. Normal men gets turned on by naked women.

If a naked woman walks into a classroom, while the entire class is discussing politics or some shit, I doubt teenagers are able to just go "oh, I don't have time to get turned on now."

But apperantly, people expect pedophiles to be able to do this.

      Sandform, I luv your oppinions.
It's actions that are bad. Pedophiles who do horrible stuff to children are the bad ones. But having sexual fantasies about children is (while being totally weird and wacky) OK, a long as they stay in that fucking head.

Also, lucid dreams - Problem solved.

And yeah, I am a pedo (15 year old so, eh, yeah.)
My morals about it is this:
Rape - Nono, Child was abused in the making
CP - Nono, Child was abused in the making
Lolicon - Yay, paper was abused in the making
Fantasy - Yay, my own mind was abused in the making :V

You are fifteen. I'm pretty certain it is normal for a 15 year old to be attracted to young people...like 13yr old +

      Kraggagahahahaha!

Ow wow. Both that song, and the original. Win.

But yeah, I figured it would be something that's going to be gone with age, but still..
Arent we wired in the brain to like boobs and that certain shape adult women has?

All the others in my class are all like that (Well what do I know, could be) I know my friend atleast is like that. I found a picture once, anime style, drawn, which was a scale of 1 - 8, showing breast size. 1 being flat, and 8 being unrealisticaly, insanely huge, and I mean like omg-i'm-falling-Huge. I placed myself in 1-3, where my friend placed himself in 6-8.

I imagine that most people would be at the normal-people-range, 3 - 5...
Don't think I can link that one, errrgh..

I'd just imagine that the 'normal' people go straight for 3 - 5 as soon as they hit puperty.. (14 year olds pointing at 30 year olds in magazines saying "hot". Lal wat.)

I dunno, guess I'll have to wait and see.

The reason for men being disproportionally attracted to girls under the age of 18 is basically that girls develop sexuality before that age, even before boys, and men are hard-wired to be attracted to signs of youth whereas, in evolutionary terms, the age of a man is a secondary criterion to a woman. If anything, older men are preferred. Certain childlike characteristics in a woman's face simply make her hotter, which isn't the case for men at all. Naturally, all of this combined with the extraordinarily high sex drive of men would lead to a certain amount of men being attracted to girls under 18 - in some cases even going as far as being attracted to girls that have not matured sexually.

Er. Are you sure about that?

I really don't see any of these 'certain childlike characteristics in a woman's face which simply make her hotter'

      I'm kinda unsure, though.
