That's a harsh way to put it, but I would guess than an uncircumcised person would be less likely to become impotent becuase the organ is better protected. The only reason why jews do it is for the same reason jews dont eat pork. It is based of being clean, and healthy. Back in ancient times I bet it was incredibly easy to get your penis infected, so they thought that circumcision was good. Jews dont eat pork because pork can be hard to cook properly and can make you very sick, imagine trying to cook pork over a campfire and being super hungry.. It all ties in with being 'kosher'.
