Even if this were true, you wouldn't do shit about it.

6 months ago I saw an Interview with a historian who was talking about that.

It was a lot more sincere. And, to be honest, quite frightening.
He mention a few things and concluded them seemingly logically.

When I wanted to return to check the facts that can easily be retraced,
the youtube video was gone and I was not able to find it, or anything
like this again.

So either you're saying that it's not a made up theory, or you're saying that it's not by definition a conspiracy because a conspiracy implies the planning of something in secret.

Either way, that's not necessarily the case.

It is a conspiracy theory. It is a theory, because no one has yet dropped anything solid and concrete to support this. That said, I do believe mainstream media is poisoning the minds of the unsuspecting public. The most powerful weapon of mass mind control, the media is responsible for much of what we do, and our ignorances.

As I said, I'm open-minded about this, but I've yet to see anything overly compelling.

If you meant that it's not conspiracy because it's not a secret, that's wrong. Theoretically, if this were true, while much of this may be out in the open, no one knows about it. Therefore a secret.

I agree in a way. It all boils down to having weaker structures on a grander scale and more powerful structures the more local you get. Obviously you don't want to have the opposite - powerful structures on a grand scale. Which is what a world government would probably be - so I agree. I'm just saying - having certain institutions such as the EU and national governments to legislate basic things that make sense is good so long as it's really mostly about basic things with good intent. If you have a world government with only basic legislation and lots of power to the individuals and the communities then I'm all for it. But that's not even happening now with regular national government so yeah...

And as for world government... we already have the UN which is close enough. It's not like they're restricted to saying "OK, you have to value human rights to be a member", they legislate drug laws and shit like that which should be up to smaller scale government. They're already way too powerful. I don't want them abolished, just make it so that it's more about simple things like human rights and shit like that.
