Thread: 2004 elections were rigged... better late than never

I'd been saying this for a while but I had never found the actual testimony to back up my claim. Here it is:

I remember reading an article where a spokesperson from Diebold admitted this was possible, but claimed it would require "evil or nefarious elections officials" to meddle with the results and he didn't believe such evil or nefarious people existed.

I have a hard time believing such a very wide popularity gap could be rigged...sure this isnt about 2000 election?

First of all, what popularity gap? You couldn't shove a piece of paper through that popularity gap.

Second of all, he says the software switches it 51/49 automatically, so it doesn't matter if it was 55-45 or 90-10 the vote would still come out 51/49

Third of all, maybe he did, he probably would have won on his own already but after they voted in a guy that bankrupted our economy how could they be so stupid a second time?
