this girl needs help. she was 20 weeks pregnant and it was a stillborn. so, she dresses it up, takes a picture, and, get this...she makes it it's own face book page. (and like, 6 R.I.P. groups?)

me: well, I think your lamentations are a little excessive. I think it is time to move on. please don't think me callous - I understand the loss of a child can be devastating - but it has been what, five months? and you are still acting as if the child is alive and well. I would recommend seeing a psychiatrist, and I say that with only the most amiable and sincere intentions. please, I think it would be good for you.

me: you are clearly mentally unstable. don't you realize how creepy it is to dress up a dead foetus, take a picture of it, make it a face book and actually talk for it? I realize it is important to find ways to cope with your loss, but clinging to that cadaverous critter is just going to exacerbate your trauma. did you know that the sudden death of an unborn baby can cause the would-have-been mother to go, well, bat-shit crazy? think about it. you could save yourself a lot of pain, not to mention save a lot of people from either cringing or vomiting from the ghastly sight of a titivated little foetus corpse. you are insane, okay? the sooner you realize and accept this, the easier it will be for you to move on, and the happier you'll be.
