Am I the only person who thinks this is at least a little comical?

Please, before you freak out on me and tell me im sick and a sociopath and what not, let me clarify that i DO NOT think that her baby dying is funny. Nor do I think her emotional suffering is funny. But come on, they fashioned the fetus a little cap! I don't know, maybe I am a little sick for finding comedy in the things people do when they're emotionally traumatized.

Imran is right, though. Its not our place to tell this young lady our opinions. Different ways of coping work for different people. As far as this being creepy and twisted and all that? Idk, i guess so. I've seen a whole lot more twisted shit than this.

To be honest mate I can't see any humour in it. Sometimes I find myself laughing at jokes i probably shouldn't; when someone tells a joke that is probably over the line. But I can't find this funny because this isn't a joke, we can see her Facebook page and in reading it and seeing her face it makes it real to me. To me there's nothing funny about this, and even if there was i wouldn't be able to find it funny. If it was on TV in some drama, yeah it might be funny, but this is real. Imagine driving past a horrific car accident and there's a dead body on the road and there's a big dick drawn on the guys forehead, maybe on TV that's funny but i doubt you first reaction would be to laugh. The feelings of sadness that accompany the suffering of fellow people is a really strong overriding emotion for me when I can see it firsthand. Don't you experience this?

Funny isn't the right word. More like... fascinating.

I think I am very desensitized. I've been the first at the scene of a major car accident. More recently, a Taliban IED blew up a car with a mother and her 3 kids. We had to pick up the pieces man. Idk, this just doesn't seem all that fucked up to me. But yes, I do feel the emotion you are referring to. Maybe just not as often.

Spartiate explained it a whole lot better. Fascinating is the word. I chuckle when things fascinate me.

Ok I admit I laughed when I read nerve's description. But that's just because it's absurd.
I'm also not disgusted or sad about this at all in any way.
It's just that I don't get what could be funny about it?
Could you explain what you find funny?

I mean, did they think the fetus was cold?

You said it yourself Aquanina. This is pretty creepy. I'm not going to feel guilty for being able to smile at the crazy things people do. I save my frowns for the really bad stuff.
