      Watched this when I first began trying and it helped me out a lot. Pretty much covers everything you need to know to have a Lucid Dream.

      Lol, I too watched this guy when I first started out a few years ago. He offers some great advice/insight. It's a shame that he doesn't talk about LDing anymore. All he talks about now is weird energy/spirit shit, lol. <- no disrespect intended.
