Best way to lose weight (fat) is resistence training..i.e weights. Girls are put off by weights, they think they will get 'too bulky', which is a load of rubbish. Also if you want a flat stomach/visible abs then you need to have a calorie deficit..simply burn more calories in a day than you consume, afterall, pecs are made in the gym, abs are made in the kitchen.
