I sometimes get together with a buddy of mine who imports raw coffee beans from Montenegro, and we'll roast them over a fire, grind them up real fine and make Turkish-style coffee. It's awesome. |

I drink both, and while I appreciate the good stuff (did a stint as a barista back in the day), I use the cheapest bucket/bag of dirt around for my daily brew. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama

TEA ALL DAY, EVERYDAY. (but coffee, on occasion) |

I have reduced my coffee addiction to only one or two mugs a day, but am unable to let go of it entirely. I wish I could because I believe it makes me feel worse ultimately and addled my brain, but I am dependent on it in the morning. I should remember to never drink it in the afternoon at all. The other day I succumbed and had just half a small mug at 3pm, and it kept me up until midnight, two hours later than I wished. |
