You are not your thoughts...
So basically you're meditating 24/7 in a way? That's highly beneficial in many ways. I have a few questions for you: |

Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
-Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
I use to meditate EVERYDAY for hours (I started meditating due to releave my anger), I remember more dreams then waking days. |
