boyfriend's std dream

i didn't have this dream so i don't have too many details but...

there is this girl - young, attractive - she sent mostly naked photos to my boyfriend and has perpetually text flirted with him in the past.

we had a big blow up about it months ago.

so last night he told me he had a dream that he got AIDS from her...
that in his dream he was freaking out because he had aids and it was "because he slept with her without a condom that time" and as he woke up he realized "wait i didn't sleep with her - i don't have aids!"...

now i feel like i want to ask him if she still talks to him, etc...
but i don't know

does anyone have any interpretations for me?

This should actually be in Dream Interpretation.
It might be feelings of guilt that he has about the past with her.

Characters in your dreams can often be displaced by your subconscious. It is possible that the other girl represents you, and the STD represents some sort of preventable danger that is being ignored in your relationship.

On the other hand, disease may symbolize a negative outcome (guilt) that is stays long after the cause.
