      Dreams from an accident

      Over the weeked there was a horrible crash at a desert race (I posted about it in the Lounge). 8 Died and more were injured. My friend was there when it happened and was helping those that were injured

      Today he asked what EMT/ Medic or other personnel do to handle this kind of situation. He said that he'd had a dream about the incident. I can only imagine how bad his dream was because he was there when it happened

      He does not know about lucid dreaming, but does anyone have any advice that I can pass on to him? All I could really say was to keep thoughts positive and on other things when going to sleep as well as throughout the day. However, I know this is easier said than done (as I was helping with the crash and I still think about it)

      So any help for him to get him through this would be great and I'll pass on to him. Thanks

      40 views and no answers? What, are only newbies viewing this section? I'm sure some people experiance in this stuff should come in here, or all they all in the Lounge?
