      Sleep walking/talking and dreams?

      hmm im just wondering maybe what causes sleepwalking/talking? I have been known to do both but I dont know if I have recently. I should ask my gf if I have ever talked in my sleep around her. I dont think I have walked in a while. I used to do it all the time though almost every night. I have knocked many things over.

      Is it because of something Im dreaming and Im not in SP for some reason? or is it something else? Why am I able to talk to people but have no recollection of it in the morning?
      I accept that my reality is always a dream so if something changes I know I'm right.
