Music recommendations for sleeping?

I think music is a great mental stimulus while sleeping, but I haven't been able to find "the right" music (or recorded frequencies/ soundwaves) that work best. Any personal recommendations for good stuff to listen to while sleeping?

+1 to growing old is getting old, also, 'all the go inbetweens' is a good song by them to fall asleep to.

just listen to a bunch of explosions in the sky, mogwai, and god is an astronaut.

I've fallen asleep before to Animal Collective, MGMT, and Darwin Deez, and they give me pleasant and odd dreams. I'm mostly into experimental and alternative, though.
