      Music Recommendations (While Sleeping)

What music would you'll recommend while sleeping..
Something that can act as a stimuli for my dreams and help to shape them further.

      Thanks

Depends what kind of dream you're after. If it was action and awesomeness I might be able to make a few suggestions.

Ohhh, do you mean music to play in your room/headphones? I'm not sure how much external music like that effects a dreamer... At least, unless it's just listened to right before sleep. I was thinking of music you could have play in your lucids to create a certain mood or something. Binaural beats might be a good one then. I've never used them, but as far as I know they're meant to influence your brainwaves or something to get you relaxed more quickly.

The music I like to hear before a nap or something is anything easy-going. A bit of the Beatles usually does the trick.

Yes I was talking about any sort of music actually, anything that might bbe helpful while dreaming.
      Thanks..

I never tried Beatles. But Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, ELP, King Crimson, Enigma are good for me..
Also a lot of downtempo electronic music..

Usually I listen to mellow video game music or stuff one can find at OC Remix. However, this is done to help me to fall asleep. Music has never really helped me have specific dream types.
I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.

Hah, you use music from OCR? That's fantastic. I have boatloads of tracks from there, but I've never tried falling asleep to any of them. Any suggestions for specific tracks?

Moon Rhapsody from Cave Story, Theme of Frog's from Chrono Trigger, Nayru's Love and River of Time from Zelda Ocarina of Time are all pretty good for sleeping.
