Definitely, I've gotten inspiration for artwork and writing from them!
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

hmm, but, can you give me an example?

like, in a LD u had the idea, or it helped you being more free minded?

A year or so ago, I was in an art gallery and became lucid. I didn't know much about lucids, so I just started looking at the artwork on the walls. I saw this really cool painting with squares and streaks, and an abstract-type creature in black with beveled pen lines and accents of blue. I adapted a bit of this into my current art style.

Even regular dreams can inspire; I've certainly had my fair share of strange dreams in the past.

      that`s awesome
I think this thing of remembering and writing down all my dreams, are helping me with my creative thinking, i dont see limits anymore in my imagination..
what im trying to say is that i have a more vivid image in my head when im imagining, and more than ever im open minded

      This is true.

I watched this lucid dreams documentary on youtube and this guy was working on some nasa project, and through the lucid dreaming he found a method for this thing he saw in his dream and it actually helped the project. He drew his dream on some computer software and it worked.
