      Question Can't Sleep any suggestions

Lately I have not been able to sleep on a regular Schedule I lay down around 8pm after taking 7.5mg of Ambien and 3mg or 6mg(I tried 10mg one night but no difference) mel. instant dissolve and 2mg of CR mel. I also take Lamictal an anti-seizure medication. I can't sleep I black out for 2 hours and then I wake up take another mel. CR(usually) and I still can't sleep until 4:30a.m. I have to wake up for school at 5:00a.m. This is my 4th or 5th night of not being able able to sleep correctly. So any ideas Guyz?

I wish I had some suggestions

I somewhat go through the same thing but mine is a constant wake up in the middle of the night just to roll over or move because I'm very uncomfortable. Sometimes I can fall back asleep others I lay there and attempt to force myself to sleep. I'm always tired and wishing that I could just sleep soundly through the night and wake rested. Seems like that will never happen.

You seem to be taking medicine. If its prescribed by a doctor I might tell them that what you're taking is doing nothing for you. I have heard about doing yoga and meditating prior to bed to sort of 'shut your mind off'. If you're looking for anything to help I would attempt to look into that. Sometimes our bodies are trying to talk to us and we just aren't listening. Medicine might not always be the answer. Google YogaJournal I'm sure you can find some stuff on there.

I hope things get better for you.
