      Forced dreaming while awake

I can force images to move around in my mind like a movie, i have been doing this since i was a little girl and ive become quite good at it and it even improves my drawing ability, but after wards you feel tired cause you use energy in your brain too.
I usually listen to music too especially during romantic or action scenes in the stories i create. Can anyone else do this? I told my teacher last year before graduating from my high school and she said it sounded like a gift, but i really am hoping to talk to someone else who can do this, oh and i call this 'imaging'. I cant live my dreams, or lucid so i guess i thought it would be fun to take it into my own hands, cant recall.
please reply if you can that would make me very happy.

I can only do it occasionally and it has to be dark and quiet. I've done it with my eyes open while walking in the dark though. It was frightening. It often is.
While the lights are on and I'm thinking about emotional issues, visualizations tend to appear in my head. Those aren't vivid though.

I can do something similar when I'm really tired, but I don't really have any control over it, stuff just kind of happens and I watch. Certainly not as intricate or vivid as what you are describing.

      Music

I can put on music in my head, any music, and its really detailed. I can make it louder- making it louder takes energy. I can force images to pass, but Im better with music. The images aren't as detailed- although doing Project Sanctuary, and reading anime, or comic books helps. Look up Project Sanctuary, you'll like it.
All of experience is fun for me, whether in a dream, or in reality, because I love existing, learning, and continuously evolving and sustaining. Then again, who knows, I may not enjoy existing so much if I caught a face full of buckshot from an angry farmer. But hey, at least I'd got out with a bang.

      oh

crud i thought there would be someone out there like me.. ^_^ but im quite happy that there are similar ones.

I'm Very good at music so much that songs run through my head lots of times, i can imagine the shine off surfaces, the sparkle of water, humans and animals..

It does take energy and you can form head aches, but with the right music or light it is pure esxtacy.

I'm not sure I catch your meaning, but I can playback music in my head with 99% accuracy, if that's what you mean?
