Thread: Short false awakenings while sleeping in class.

Ok Ive been having false awakening recently while sleeping in class. All of them have something completely out of place that i dont notice until im awake.

One example I had my head on my desk and I looked up at my watch. I put my head back down and then realized I dont wear a watch. I looked back up and I was awake.

Another example I put my head down in class and a little bit later I got up for no reason and went to sharpen a pencil and I saw a friend that i knew wasnt in that class. I told him he wasnt in that class and he said "I am now" I just said ok and went and put my head down again. A little bit later I realized that that never happened and that I had dreamed that too.

They are like WILDs but not lucid. because i go directly from being awake to having a short dream and then im awake again. I never actually feel myself fall asleep or wake up though it feels perfectly transitionless.

i get these too except not in class

for example i'd be sleeping and i;d hear my phone go off saying i received a text which wakes me up for a split second then i go back to sleep, dream i got up read and answered the text, then actually get up for real check my phone and be like "what..this isnt what this said before, and i already answered the text i got"

hahaha thats hilarious and now that you mention it Ive done that too. What I find strange about these dreams is I never even feel like I fall asleep. I just have my head down thinking and I pick my head up into a dream and then when I put my head down again Im awake but it is so seemless

and when i get up i feel angry at myself for not noticing i was dreaming and for having to do it all over again haha

Wow thats just lazy if you dont even want to repeat reading a message. Well I cant say that its not lazy of me to be sleeping in class lol

haha yeh but sometimes its not just reading a message, its getting up having a shower, eating breakfast getting ready for school, leaving then waking up
