Eeew, that sounds really freaky. D:
Could you move? Did you have control over your sleeping body? (like twitching motions) Or perhaps you had control over the 'viewer' watching you. Or no control at all of course.
      Either way, sounds pretty scary.

Na I couldn't move, I was just staring down on myself, and then moved to the side of the bed and stared again

That's pretty interesting. What would be even moreso is if you became lucid, woke yourself up, and had a conversation with yourself

      Hey, just food for thought

      Haha ^^

I've became lucid and saw myself sleeping in my bed. When my mom walked in I was surprised that she didn't notice I was beside myself sleeping in my bed, weird experience. It happened to me during a DILD, right when I realized I was dreaming I instantly was sucked out of my dreamscape and appeared at home. I was asleep in my bed when I walked up stairs.

I had something like that once when I was little. It was very confusing.

DILD stands for dream induced lucid dream; basically when you realize your in a dream and become lucid. It's the most common for of lucid dreaming

Isn't this an OBE (Out of Body Experience)?

      Things I've done while Lucid:

      - Flying - Dream Rewind and Fast Forward
      - Invisibility - Shapeshifting - Grown Wings
      - Summoning [mastered (?)] - Zip lining
      - Fireball
